During the planning process they made everything as stress free as possible. Every time I would reach out to them with questions they would quickly respond and put my mind at ease. I knew from working with them on all the wedding plans that they would also be amazing when it came to the actual wedding day, but they even exceeded my expectations for the day off! Nicki and her team were so courteous, responsive, detailed and helpful from the moment we first contacted them until the end of our ceremony, and beyond. We had a glitch in the planning process (which was actually out of their control) and Nicki and her team jumped in to problem solve and offer solutions. And, Nicki and her team were the ones showing empathy and apologizing for other’s errors. The vendors selected were amazing. They arrived at the scheduled times, their work was amazing and they really seemed to care about making our wedding wonderful! I really cannot recommend Island Sands Beach wedding enough. Our wedding was 8.7.21. We are currently living in Texas and let me tell you how easy they made it for us. You pay a one time fee and Nikki and her crew will book all your venders and make it extremely easy for you. I had no worries or stress through the entire process. I told them exactly what I wanted even my cake style and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the beach ceremony it was beautiful and the shell blessings was a great way to involve everyone. Fast forward to the reception it has a beautiful view. In the pictures it looks a lot smaller then what it is. It’s very spacious and all of there decor and furniture and everything is up to date and very classy looking. Justine was our wedding coordinator through the entire process, she is very kind and Professional. She will literally make everything perfect. She actually was serving us food and drinks. She definitely went above and beyond. Dan was our officiant and DJ. He was extremely nice did a wonderful job marrying us and turned around and made a great party for all of our guests. The food was delicious 🤤 the drinks were so good!! Our pictures are stunting from the beach ceremony and inside the venue with the beach view. I personally think the wedding was extremely affordable with the location and all the great vendors provided. I can’t picture my wedding being anymore perfect then what it was 💕

I feel our wedding was beautiful and went smoothly! I was very pleased with the planning process, as Nicki, Callie, and Amanda were very receptive, quick to respond and helpful in answering all questions without making me feel as if I was a bother. I loved seeing how they would make note of all info I picked and discussed with them along the way, by sending a detailed breakdown with a form the used consistently. They were also great about providing information regarding directions, good suggestions, and parking information. One of the things I’m MOST happy about that I wasn’t sure I wanted to do originally was rent the bridal suite! I am SO SO glad I did. It was stunning. Plenty of space, and was great to have a place to go between photos and the ceremony. This was a life saver! Everyone was so helpful!! Justine and her assistant were great about helping us with spur of The moment events and changes during the reception. The ONLY thing that didn’t go as I planned is sooo small, but one song I chose was missed in the ceremony (family walking down the aisle). It actually turned out to be better off that way though lol. I would highly recommend this team of professionals!! Only wish I had been able to meet Callie in person because she was so helpful throughout!

You are all fantastic! I want to take the opportunity to let anyone know that choosing you for their special day will never become a regret. Thank you all for your patience and sweetness throughout my many decision changes and the struggle of accomplishing a destination wedding during the Covid-19 pandemic…we did it! My only dissapointment was the downpour at the end of our vows but you actually got us through most of that. Everyone was wonderful Callie, David, Justine , April (hair stylist) Amanda and even the cake maker (apologize for forgetting your name) they were gracious enough to enjoy cake with us even though soaking wet! Flowers were gorgeous, the ceremony was beautiful and the pictures turned out wonderful, they did an amazing job . We ate a the Royal Palm Grille afterwards and the food was delicious, staff was amazing there as well. They truly love what they do and it shows.

We had our wedding ceremony on 1/25/20 and I have absolutely zero complaints! I was very worried about planning a destination wedding but, Nicki and her team were rock stars! My ceremony was absolutely beautiful (prettier than I could even imagine) and I barely had to do a thing! Her team was extremely responsive to all of the questions I had. I also booked my photography, hair, makeup, & officiate through Island Sands Beach Weddings and every single one of the vendors were amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this wedding company. The location they host events in was beautiful and Callie was amazing to work with. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all through Island Sands. I asked so many questions and we significantly increased our original count and she always responded super promptly to talk me through everything, make new plans, or make any changes. Nikki was a rockstar during the whole weekend making sure everything ran perfectly. The rehearsal dinner bonfire was so amazing and the wedding and reception was even more so. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and beautiful weekend. You can tell this business really really cares about making each bride’s wedding experience perfect and fit exactly to the vision they have of their wedding day. I’m so happy I booked with them!

From us being from Ohio I really didn’t know how it would work out just emailing and talking on the phone Nikki and Callie had it right on point anything we wanted anything we added they were right there. They took all the stress out of the matter especially being a man don’t really know how to do anything and they hit it right on point. So I definitely give this a five-star and I will recommend it to anybody that will have a beach wedding in Florida.
